It’s the most wonderful time of the year, where giant corporations queue up to sell us overpriced shit that we don’t need for less. Most of them have started early to maximise mass consumerism oppportunities.
And I AM HERE FOR IT. This is what I have my eye on or have already bought1
Skincare
The Inkey
Already doing 25% off with an extra 10% for orders over £30/$35
My favourites are:

Deciem (parent company of The Ordinary and NIOD)
Doing Slowvember - as they do every year - 23% off there all month.
NIOD is the much more expensive brand, so the savings are more significant.

La Roche-Posay
Best discount is on their own site. 25% off everything and v generous free gifts.
My deep and abiding love of this brand is well-known by now. This is what made it into my cart (all repurchases).

L’Occitane
I love the Almond range - I’m a huge fan of gourmand smells generally - but it is Proper Spendy.
Look Fantastic had the best deals (20% off with another nebulous discount - it varied depending on product - applied by using code HURRY and a free L’Occitane hand cream).
I might have gone a bit overboard here 👀
(Substack doesn’t let you edit the size of galleries. It drives me up the wall)

Make-up
Charlotte Tilbury
She does what she does super well, but charges through the arse for it, especially for the size - e.g. her pressed powder is 8g, Laura Mercier’s is 11g.
So, she’s always a good buy when deals roll in. There isn't really a dud product in the range, but these are what I have my eye on:

Honourable mention to Eyes to Mesmerise, which it is completely impossible to fuck up the application of.
Best deal at time of writing was at John Lewis, who are doing 20% off, plus free gifts for spends of £85-£180.
Nars
Again, a very solid brand across the range. Their tinted moisturisers and blushers are best in class. (Haus Lab’s concealer is better than Nars’ Radiant concealer though, I promise.)
They’re doing 25% off, with 30% off for spends over £100. I love these:

Haircare
Kerastase
My brand of choice for luxe haircare. I’m using K18 with every wash at the moment - because my hair air dries unbelievably smoothly with it - so I don’t need conditioner right now. But these shampoos and a hair mask made it into my basket:

Color Wow
Again, stuff that is expensive but delivers immediate results

Both of these are currently cheapest on Look Fantastic
Gadgets
I still have my eye on the Airwrap. It’s on offer at Boots, but is still £399.
I bought this aromatherapy diffuser from Aromatherapy Associates, because the reviews are awe-inspiring and I live above an old lady who smokes and rarely takes her bins out2

Cult Beauty are doing 25% off the Dennis Gross mask3 and their whole Nu Face inventory
Amazon are doing the most insane deal (64% off!) on the top of the range Sonicare Diamond Clean. I bought one last week4 and feel as though I have a New Mouth. Strong recommend on this one.
Reminders
Make sure you check cashback sites and all that good shiz so that you don’t pay more than you need to for your skincare
Here are some other things that Cost A Lot, but I think are Worth Having.
(Elemis and Tom Ford are also included in the Look Fantastic Black Friday discounts.)
Happy shopping!
All links are going to be to UK sites. For the brand sites, discounts are broadly equivalent but gifts/spends vary. Look Fantastic ship to the US.
Is it weird to ask an old lady if she needs help with the bins?? I don’t want to make things awkward but she’s clearly struggling.
My third Diamond Clean since they came out about 15 years ago. Love them.
